Due process. The illegal alien was found to be a gang member by two federal courts. He had charges on him for wife beating, twice. He is a citizen of El Salvador not Maryland.
There are hills to die on, but not this frickwad and not this cause.

He was afforded due process. Thoroughly.
He saw an immigration judge who ruled he was eligible for deportation. He appealed, and the appellate immigration judge upheld the deportation eligibility.
There was however a withholding order placed saying he could not be deported back to El Salvador specifically because of threat of violence he faced from one gang.
That gang no longer exists thanks to Bukele, so guess where he can now go? Back to his home country of El Salvador,
So he was afforded due process, twice, and has been sent back to his home country. More importantly, why are you lying and why do you think the US, a single district judge, or Senator can demand what El Salvador does with one of its citizens?

i haven't been violent since 1974, not worth my time. yes there is some violent left but also violent right.
