I agree he won’t get in much trouble but at least make it inconvenient on him for 2 nights in county until he sees the rest of the pathetic system Monday.

I never said he should have been released without bail. But I do think setting a fire in a small area surrounded by concrete on all sides, does demonstrate intent.
