Then you don't have the first clue about the dynamics of how fires start and spread out west, especially with winds and plenty of fuel.

Well I live out west and not one of the large forest fires were started in the middle of a major metro along the side of the interstate.

Which of the major wildfires started in the middle of a major metro alongside the interstate?
And the fire was set in a lot near Burnside. There is a concrete wall bordering the east end of the field And roadway to the north. The south and west border is the MAX line and then the interstate on the other side of that. Literally concrete on every side of that field.

When it gets established that Portland is harboring arsonists that have crossed state lines into California and Washington, the federal government should arrest the mayor of Portland, the DA of Portland, and the Governor of Oregon.
States rights should end when one state is effectively conducting a war against US citizens of adjoining states.

Even your gif shows mostly uninhabited hills around Ventura county. Not the middle of downtown Los Angeles.
This is the location of the Portland fire...uncontrolled wildfires do not start in these locations, just like I said in my last post
