Not real familiar with that band.
Her voice is nice, but my favorite Irish singer is Dusty Springfield (well by ancestry).
But we could play the post cool songs game all day.
Could have sworn that song (Linger) was done by someone else and this band covered it. Remember the song, but don't remember that lilt in it. But apparently they wrote it, go figure.

Bible says it is a sin. That is not debatable.
Here are some other nuggets from the Bible:
Things you can't do:
Planting more than one kind of seed in a field (Leviticus 19:19).
Wearing clothing woven of more than one kind of cloth (Leviticus 19:19).
Cutting the hair on the sides of your head or clipping of the edges of your beard (Leviticus 19:27).[23]
Touching the dead carcass of a pig (Deuteronomy 14:8).
Living in a city that failed to surrender to the Israelites (Deuteronomy 20:12-14).
Performing any work on the Sabbath (Exodus 20:10).
Eating fat (Leviticus 3:17).
Eating pork (Leviticus 11:7–8).
Waiting too long before consuming sacrifices (Leviticus 19:5–8).
Being one of the majority of women who don’t bleed when losing their virginity (Deuteronomy 22:20–21).
The list goes on, and on, and on.

It’s not our place to judge anyway. Isn’t that in the Bible somewhere?
Not in the context you want it to be.

You are simple, aren't you? Disagreement is not hate. What "hate?" Calling something sinful does not mean you hate. Fornication is a sin. Nobody's commanded to hate fornicators.
yeah, yeah...hate the sin.
why do we put people to death again? right, the Bible commands following man's just laws or something like that.
but, isn't that slightly hypocritical?

Someone has sinned ? We must organize against that person and condemn them. Because we, unlike them, are pure.

What’s more hateful—allowing someone to live in sin and miss the true fulfillment of Christ or worse yet be condemned to hell or tell them that what they are doing is wrong? My kid gets upset when I tell them to not touch a burning stove also. Does that mean I hate them?

The vast majority of this board has had sinful premarital sex, but no one is up in arms about that.
You guys believe in an all powerful all knowing infinite being. You think he cares if two guys or girls frick each other?

Please show me where anyone here has said that.
Classic liberal twisting things to make the other viewpoint look extreme ie slowing down immigration equals racism

I think everyone on here who has said homosexuality is a sin would state that premarital sex is a sin. My bet is those who waffle on that waffle on premarital sex.

I'm just wondering. Someone claimed that Christ declared homosexuality a sin. I'd like to see a source on that.
Matthew 5:17-19 he declares the Mosaic Laws valid, important, and to be followed.

they believe the text and they are saved by it.
what happens in the past, stays in the past, baw. they are reborn through Christ.
the trick is to wait until your like 75 to do this. you get where I'm going...

Says who?
What is your question?
As for Jesus on the matter:
"Truly I say to you, ??it will be more tolerable for the land of ??Sodom and Gomorrah in ??the day of judgment than for that city."
"And He answered and said, 'Have you not read ??that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, ‘??For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and ??the two shall become one flesh’?
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, Jesus states this:
“For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote of Me. But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words?”
Jesus' condemnation of Sodom and Gomorrah..
Jesus confirming the heterosexual marriage pattern by citing where God made Adam and Eve, male and female.

"I can't honestly answer on that," Daigle answered. "In a sense, I have too many people that I love that they are homosexual. I don't know. I actually had a conversation with someone last night about it. I can't say one way or the other. I'm not God."
This is where Christian's generally get in trouble with biblical doctrine, societal norms begin to supersede their closely held Christian beliefs and they begin to behave more like progressive liberals than God fearing Christians. I understand why homosexuality and other trans and gender related issues are difficult for Christians to stand against when we're taught that it's the way God made these individuals. The fact is that everyone of us has innate sin and sinful desires we battle all the days of our lives, the question is do you act on those sinful desires? Doesn't matter if it's homosexuality, greed, adultery, thievery, arrogant pride, etc. The real issue is the decision to succumb to sinful behavior or to call on the Holy Spirit to help resist these desires.

You can love others by stating truth. Love is not accepting everything under the sun.
In fact, the Bible talks more about God's wrath than his love.

So just to be clear - all the taboos listed in the Old Testament were declared sins by Christ?

yes, Moses came before the Christ. Christ came to save the world; he did not come to renew what was written.
Jesus was a little bit tamer tho...like less violence and ish like that.
Think of Jimmy Carter with a twist of Bernie Sanders.
Old Testament says that Jews are saved tho...
