All humans are God’s children.
That doesn’t make their faith system correct.
Without further study, I have no argument with his statement that Muslims are brothers - brothers who are wrong and should be pitied, counseled, and converted if possible.

Wtf isn't he calling for Islam to be reformed?
Yanno...not every Christian participated in the crusades, going around and slaughtering others. But, those crusades eventually led the religions to be reformed.
Isis was a million strong...going around slaughtering people of other religions, destroying religious relics and religious sites. There are several other Islamic groups that are still going around and slaughtering people of other religions. Yet that religion has not been reformed. Assholes just say "well, not all muslims!"

We are all created by God; therefore, we have the same Father. We are all brothers and sisters.
This is not new.
Jesus Christ said, "Whatever you do to the least of my brothers, you do unto me."
He looked upon all as His brothers, so we should also regardless of religious affiliation or non-affiliation.

Christians can have the feels for the Muzzies as much as they want, but, I guarantee you this: it is impossible for a good Muslim to reciprocate the feels. Islam clearly teaches that a good Muslim will take no non-believer for a friend or "brother".

When most of the atrocities get swept under the rug under the guise of "not all muslims "...it prevents the religion from being reformed.
If assholes used "not all Christians " in order to downplay their atrocities... then christianity wouldn't have been somewhat reformed.
Islam needs to be reformed. The fact that there were large scale religious crusades going on as recent as a couple years ago...proves that. The topic of reform often gets shut down, by assholes whose only rebuttal is..."not all muslims".

Agreed one of the major problems with many liberals today is their downplaying of Islamic terrorism and how they lash out at anyone who dares call it out.
However there is a problem with people acting like all Muslims are the same.
