Probably a jury full of Obama administration workers like Roger Stone’s jury.

Indicting McCabe in DC is like trying to indict a klansman that murdered a black guy in Mississippi in 1950.

I'd have to see something much more solid than what I have in order to believe that at any point McCabe's lawyers were told to expect indictment(s) on McCabe. I certainly read a Lawfare article opining that certain events basically mean that an indictment is imminent. That isn't quite compelling to me. Given what I've seen (or not seen) I just don't believe at this stage that there was any imminent indictment, specifically regarding the clearing of Clinton email wrongdoing, as is the subject matter McCabe's clearing today. Nor am I convinced there were even grand jury proceedings ongoing regarding this particular matter.

But why would that unsubstantiated report be promoted in any way? Because it tends to make Trump supporters question the resolve and competence within "Trump's Executive Branch" as well as giving more weight than is likely deserved to any potential future "matter closed" announcement such as the one today. It would sow discord and dissatisfaction within the ranks of "Trump's base". Something valuable to Trump's opponents.

I see all kinds of potential for leftist game playing and manipulation regarding this matter.

Cliffs: IMO the "expect indictments" and "grand jury rejected McCabe case" is disinformation.

How about on a prison barge floating in Gitmo?!??

McCabe escapes this indictment but he’s also gotta dodge 170,000 more sealed indictments

Don’t fret, patriots, the time is near

The Swamp is wide and deep. Time to wall off DC like the Chinese are doing to Wuhan.

If you burn it, it may be easier to drain what is left.

It would piss me off but the opposition party is actively plotting harm to me and mine. Trump is the only national figure that I can confidently say is in my corner. No discord here.

I'm certainly glad you feel that way, that's refreshing to hear, I'm just concerned many others are possibly falling in that trap that I theorized.

Like a guy said on Tucker's show tonight - in DC you have a justice system for the Dems and a justice system for the Repbs. Grand juries are part of that scenario.

Why do DC juries solely get jurisdiction over federal employees?
