It's Federal. File the charges in another district.

They moved Jimmy Hoffa's trial to Chattanooga. Move McCabe to Chattanooga or Rome, GA.

We may have to organize a Million Conservative March on the DOJ.

"Democrats in this town have structural privilege"

"a DC grand jury refused to indict McCabe"

This has been in the news for a month; it went ignored because people didn't want to face reality.

Hannity talked himself into dreaming they were all going to be arrested for the big crimes. As Graham announces (too little too late) he is hauling them all in for questioning for a show.

The FISA court needs protected in the next few weeks. Things will come out of the Durham report that are very ugly (that the media will ignore) but it will be said they were safeguarding national security, they had no political bias.

Repeat & rinse like the Horowitz report. Mean while Barr and Graham make sure POTUS remains silent on twitter.

This is a good idea. I am all in. But we would have to remain there until they all resign but a select few. Are there enough retirees that can afford to do this as others have to work for a living to pay bills?

Indicting McCabe, Comey. Brennan, Rice, Clapper, Powers, HRC. Obama, Lisa, Peter and so on... in DC is like trying to indict a klansman that murdered a black guy in Mississippi in 1950.

DC looks more and more like Panem.

It's ok the more injustice the pile on the non coast states the greater the retribution will be, one day we will have people's courts

How about on a prison barge floating in Gitmo?!??

McCabe escapes this indictment but he’s also gotta dodge 170,000 more sealed indictments

Don’t fret, patriots, the time is near

Pretty sure the government has to have an articulable nexus to move from the primary federal district of jurisdiction. Im not saying there’s not one with McCabe but I know you used to have to show this to change district and it wasn’t done at the whim of the US Attorney to better his odds for conviction.

So, serious crimes committed by Dem political operatives in DC will NEVER be prosecuted? That's interesting; will be more interesting to see how Trump and Barr finesses this. Whatever they do, they'd better hurry up; the case to 'impeach' (I.e., discredit/delegitimize) Barr is being manufactured as we type.

Trump is going to have to beat them big time in the coming election; that will solve a lot of problems. Think about it, and don't become discouraged: Total reshaping of the Courts, Bureaucratic downsizing (of Deep State Libs) via the Budget process shifting spending out of DC and to the Communities via Infrastructure...Wall going up along with the economy (Blue Collar work via Infrastructure and Black targeted 'Enterprise Zones'...and a re-establishment of our National Sovereignty and security re manufacturing our own critical (health care) goods in a time wherein Viral contagion will be running rampant in the World.

And most of all, an apparent crash and burn of the Dem Party (Democratic Socialist/Transnational Progressive) as their lunatic Policies are outed.

We can focus on the criminal aspect of Equal Justice being trashed and that is sickening; it's like one Team's blockers being allowed to get away with holding our rushers...with no flag being thrown. But the bottom line is momentum, and WHERE this whole thing is moving. Slowly but surely.

I am more inclined to fear the new Viruses...than the AOC led Dem Party. Neither rests, or will go away...they will have to be beat.

Can't wait to watch Trump in Daytona.

But why would that unsubstantiated report be promoted in any way? Because it tends to make Trump supporters question the resolve and competence within "Trump's Executive Branch" as well as giving more weight than is likely deserved to any potential future "matter closed" announcement such as the one today. It would sow discord and dissatisfaction within the ranks of "Trump's base". Something valuable to Trump's opponents.

I see all kinds of potential for leftist game playing and manipulation regarding this matter.

Cliffs: IMO the "expect indictments" and "grand jury rejected McCabe case" is disinformation.
Could be. But does it really matter if there is no justice?

Why is Graham hauling in all the bad guys and interfering with an on going Durham investigation?

He isn't interfering he is going to back up the Durham report when they all get nastygrams in their permanent records.

If Graham is hauling them all in for the cameras they aren't in prison are they?

What if Graham could tag them in a perjury trap though? Play their sworn statements in the two probes against each other perhaps.

Plausible...though these criminals can afford THE best lawyers in the land. On our nickel.

Let em' grin and think they've beat Justice...while Trump takes the outrage therein to the Polls. 2nd Term thing will change...drastically.
