Absolutely not. Not all of these people are compatible with western culture. It should be on a case by case basis. I would say some of these people like this guy should have been settled in the Middle East somewhere. Just because they don’t come to the US doesn’t mean we abandon them. They could settle in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, etc.
