I'm probably wrong about identity of the pilot. I was going off of comments from Kendall Higdon Howard's sister's Instagram. The sister updated her Instagram 20 minutes ago to deny that Kendall was the FO.

The pilots first name in that leaked image is Kendal with ONE 'L', not two.

Of course I noticed that. At the time, a misspelling of the name paled in comparison to what seemed like confirmation from her sister's Instagram account.
