I’m not necessarily surprised by it, but I do like seeing evidence of it with my own eyes. That said, I’m sure you’ve noticed another surprising phenomenon amongst us, which is the incidence of posters signaling a willingness to vote for one but not the other. That’s a little bit surprising itself and something to be at least curious about, the numbers that is.

I'm hopeful that it's indicative of people finally waking up to what some of us have been saying for years. I'm sure some of it is folks coming in from other boards.

A TRUMP-Desantis ticket would be like having 2 all american QBs on the same team....

I like the metaphor, and my version of it’s maybe more like having Joe Montana starting with Steve Young as backup and waiting in the wings in doing great things himself.

To be fair this poll lacked Jeb in it, that could skew the results.

Which party uses private tech companies to monitor citizens? Which party is in league with large banks to deny loans to businesses who don't employ a leftist social agenda?

I expect no answer, or an answer that sounds like a college sophomore who is in the midst of a rebellion against his father, if he knew him.

Out of A-C, only option A doesn't have the potential for not voting at all. B and C have a chance to not vote at all, which is essentially a vote for a D. B-D options are either emotional, dumbasses, or both.

Didn't you say you would vote for Trump if they both ran? That'd be effectively voting D.

I did say that, but voting for Desantis would be the same thing. There needs to be only one of them running. If all reps were equally intelligent, DeSantis and/or Trump would get the exact same vote in the actual election.

Either you have no real skin in the game or you really don't believe the democrats can screw things up and take your savings through ridiculous taxation.
