It's a full on strategy, accuse your enemies of what you are actually guilty of then have your propaganda arm "the media" run with it.
It's insane to think the Trump bullshite is even a story, I mean for gods sake the Secretary of State was running a "charity" soliciting hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign interests.
