I genuinely like Tim a lot. His Antifa coverage is top notch. But he’s become a big time Trump homer.
Not knocking that as I’m on that side but I like some more contrarian voices.
Sometimes Ben is a little Twerpy about Trump and needs to get off his high horse but I’ll take him over Rick Wilson and the like any day.
Some of you need to realize that while most of the base likes Trump and will choose him every day over the left, his antics can cause problems with a lot of people.

Shapiro is trying to have it both ways, just as he did after the election. He was virulently anti-Trump and insisting Trump would lose, then when Trump won Shapiro did the “I still got my way” bit by talking about how wonderful it was that Hillary lost. If Trump wins he’ll dance a jig, if Trump loses he’ll bash the hell out of him talking about how stupid he was. This “I win no matter what”, above the fray bit is an issue of immaturity.
No doubt a few people here can identify because they have the same schtick.

Shapiro isn't a never trumper, he's just part of that Cruz-type conservative group. He likes a lot of what trump does but wishes he wasn't as bombastic as he is. I love Trump but he has a way of sticking his foot in his mouth. He isn't politically savvy at all. It is part of the charm but it also hurts him. Acknowledging that doesn't mean you hate the guy.
