With a Manhattan jury pool and the shocking decision not to sequester the jury right (at least for the deliberation stage), I don't see how they don't convict. The majority of the jurors have to be left-leaning Democrats given where they're from and then they get to go home in marinate in what are presumably left-leaning and/or anti-Trump families, friend groups, and so forth.

I do hold out some hope for a hung jury. You would just need one principled juror who just doesn't feel like the evidence is there to support a novel application of a bookkeeping law to imprison a former president.

The verdict was already determined before the kangaroo court started. Nyc is a shitshow..and they'd vote trump guilty of anything.

Guilty. However, when reviewed on appeal it will be overturned.

In any rational universe (which this isn't anymore) it should be a hung jury.

Michael Cohen is a thief, liar, and a perjuror.

This is 100% about election interference. Plain and simple. I don't care if you like Trump or not, this case is one of many in the past 4-6 years that show how despicable this shite show of a justice system has become.

If anyone is okay with any of this, then you are mental and morally void.

You do realize this kangaroo court is taking place in New York City with a New York City jury, right?

Most probable = hung jury

Probable = Guilty of some charges, but not all charges

Less probable = Guilty on all charges

Improbable = Not guilty on all charges

Based on what has been available to the public, the documents (signed by DJT) seems to indicate guilty.

It'll be on a Thursday at 5pm and not guilty. Then the violent street protests kicks off the Summer.

Summer of '24 ya'll!

After hearing the criteria the judge is using, Trump will be found guilty.

Guilty.

Even if there were a juror from NYC that didn't believe he was guilty, they are not going to risk their livelihood as being the 1 person who let "the evil orange man" walk.

I don't think he will actually serve time in prison though. They just want the photo-op, and be able to call him a convicted felon in perpetuity.

If somehow they come back not guilty, you can be assured the jurors will all be doxxed immediately.

I’m guessing the jury has been threatened by various letter agencies and will convict to protect themselves

Unable to reach a verdict.

Hung jury. At least one of the 2 lawyers hold out to save the others from social banishment so nobody gets to know how anyone voted.

That’s really the best case scenario bc the jury instructions basically say that the prosecution doesn’t need to prove anything

The longer the deliberations, the more likely they will not have a verdict to convict on the fake underlying charges.
