It actually happened in Philly. I am leaving the street painting image up bc it still fits.
Horrible. I don't know how the victim did not hear him as the gun jammed or did not see the guy in the glass reflection.

More proof that black lives actually don’t matter to other black lives. If black lives were in the hands of white lives, those black lives would be so much longer. If that black life lived among the white lives, he would have lived to see his grandkid’s lives.
