No State Fair support, and now a little heat has inflamed their vaginitis.

He says 89° down here is a lot more brutal.

Because we wouldn’t have the 4th of July if it wasn’t for what our founding fathers did in Philly. The birthplace of our nation. On its 250th birthday. And they are politicizing it and so politically partisan and ravaged by the mental illness known as TDS, they are refusing to celebrate. I’m from Philly. That’s pretty fricked up.

2-3 layers of wool clothes. Over the knee stockings. Wool knickers. No AC. How did they ever manage to sign their names?
Fricking anti-American lefties on this board are snapping their fingers for their comrades doing this.

I spent summers as a teen in Palm Desert, Calf. The temperature outside said it was 115 degrees but I can guarantee 95 degrees with 90 percent humidity in Louisiana felt alot worse.

I’m for canceling Summer altogether.

Heat forces change to the Boston Pops Fourth of July Spectacular

Boston's annual July Fourth extravaganza is just about here, but the gates will be opening four hours later due to the dangerous heat we've been experiencing.
This year's Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular, scheduled for 7-9:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 4, is expected to be bigger than ever as part of the ongoing celebration of America's 250th birthday, with performances from Lainey Wilson, Chance The Rapper, Trombone Shorty and Megan Hilty, with Jane Lynch serving as host. The free event will conclude with a fireworks display illuminating the Charles River and choreographed with music performed by the Boston Pops, beginning at 9:15 p.m.
Because of the heat, though, people are being held off the Charles River Esplanade until later in the day this year, officials announced at the security and preparation news conference on Thursday.
"Because of the extreme heat forecast, the esplanade gates will open to the public at 4 p.m. It was previously scheduled for 12 p.m.," Secretary Gina Kwon of the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security said. "This is an area that does not get any shade at all, so we are trying minimize the time people will be camped out baking in the sun."
"That will make a difference. The less time you spend out in the hottest part of the day, and the highest sun exposure," said Boston EMS Chief James Hooley. "Some of that's just physics."

quote:I cut grass at Lake Lawn Cemetery summer of 1981. One week in July it was 96, 97, 99, 101, 98. That was the hottest I have ever been. Cutting grass from 8:30 to 4, very little shade. I looked up the heat index and it was between 105°F and 110°F those days. All I know is it felt like I was in hell. Only 15 years old and it made me realize how important an education was.

Vanilla Ice’s show was cancelled the other day due to “inclimate weather” IE storms. However no measurable rain fell. Speculation is attendance would be sparse at best
Is that a political move?
