Seeing the warrant doesn’t mean jack. I want to see the reason they used to go in.

Dollars to donuts it never sees the light of day, or they do what they’re trying to blame Trump of doing: destroying documents.

According to some a confidential informant tipped them off as to the documents and their location within the safe. My question is who besides Trump and most likely his children would have access to such safe? Without access, you can’t definitively swear to the contents of said safe. Furthermore, it continues to fall apart after its revealed that the safe in question was empty. So the obvious question to me is why did a judge sign off on a search warrant regarding the contents of the safe if the informant could not swear to having access to the safe?

Also, if it was “narrow in scope” as Garland stated, why did they search the entire domicile for 9 hours?

Doesn’t seem very narrow.

I mean be honest here. If you had free access to Melania’s panty closet, wouldn’t you want to search it thoroughly? Can’t risk national security by glossing over her underwear. Gotta check ever last one twice, hell maybe 3 times to be safe. Probably had the boys working in shifts to ensure no panty was left unsniffed, I mean missed. Grueling job I tell ya. Simply grueling

Sally Yates walks free, and faced almost zero scrutiny.

Good luck.

Typically, those remain sealed unless and until a criminal case is brought. So, you might get your wish!

Would the informant have to state what was in the safe? If the FBI discusses with an informant that they think Trump has whatever documents. The informant says I have not seen them before at MAL but he has a safe I don't have access to so they could be in there.

So the FBI goes to a judge and says we think Trump has these documents and an informant has stated they are likely in a safe at MAL. Then the FBI uses that as cover to search the property and take whatever they think could help them to build a future case against Trump for whatever they can come up with.

I think trump has the right to see the warrant and all documents and I would file a motion in the same court the judge granted it

Boy oh boy if Trump somehow 4-D Chess them with him knowing of or planting thought of info into a suspicious person of damaging goods just to make this happen. That wound enough to make me laugh for the remaining time I have on God’s earth

If this a federal thing? Every single warrant I have ever seen has the affidavit attached.
