It used to be that the burden of proof lied with the people who wanted to compel action. Now, the requirement of proof has been dispensed with so that executives of states can, by fiat, order anything they want.

So called libertarians now cheer this on. What have the central planning dictators been right about? 15 days to stop the spread? No. Lockdowns are effective? No. The goal is to flatten the curve? No. Hydroxychloriquine doesn't work and is dangerous? No. Surface spread risk? No. Asymptomatic spread risk? No. Children are superspreaders? No. Death rate? No. Masks? No.

This is a lie and you have to know it. Even if EVERYONE wore a mask we would still have the same number of increased cases. Before this virus came here they had a plan on how they will treat this. Even thou I hate the plan and what it will lead to, you have to respect the commitment and outreach they have. Post like this where you tell everybody to wear a mask is what they want. The goal is to make sure that the ones who are against it or just do not care about the virus is the enemy.

Both cities have demographics who live on top of each other and don’t follow the news

It's funny how this virus is still in its infancy, but as usual, the Left says the Science is settled.

That's not proof a mask mandate stopped the spread

I know understand what y'all consider "science"

I get it from muh civil rights folks. I don't like having to wear one. But, with how whacked out everything is right now, it's just easier to STFU and wear one. If it helps keep my folks and other olds from getting COVID, why not? And it takes away from the argument that if we all did wear one, we wouldn't have spikes. The optics are otherwise that you come across like this guy:

Also, if we had an education system worth a damn, people would know that correlation does not imply causation. Why all these anecdotal stories being published in support of masks? Because they don't give a damn about the science on them.
