What I have SAID is that Kelly's actions cannot even be argued in good faith to fall within 18 USC 2384 (sedition), but that there exists at least a (weak) argument under 18 USC 2387.

Well, the Republicans have NO policies and only listen to him, and he has no answers for any issues.
Staying away for 5 week vacations, and coming back to do nothing. early lame duck, thankfully and knowingly they can't govern.
