Yeah, Russia is specifically targeting civilians in Kyiv instead of military targets. That is how you win a war.
You know as well as I that Ukraine's air defense around Ukraine both electronic and missiles caused the Russian drones and missiles to do that when they are struck or disrupted and fall to earth. They have to hit something and if they are over civilian areas then they will fall in civilian areas.
