Are they really running him again? Cruz is not that loved and he still won 53% to 44% against Allred.
Cruz vs. Beto was 51% - 48%

My comment about Paxton was no endorsement of Cornyn either. Can’t stand either of them, but I would honestly vote for a steaming pile of horse shite over anything the Democrats have to offer.

Republicans have been pouring $ into Cornyn’s campaign to help him over Paxton.
Can’t remember the names but two big funds have been brought to bear in hopes of tilting the race to Cornyn.

Will Wesley Hunt enter the race?

Wesley Hunt still may get in the race
Yes please, rather than having to pick between those other two POSes.

Good, let them waste their money. Team Paxton for me.

Cornyn is n the same party as Allred. You think Cornyn is a republican - that's cute..

Only if he is being paid by Corny. Him getting in the race assures Cornyn wins.

Hunt takes as many votes away from Cornyn as he does Paxton

Trump will not endorse anyone during the primary. Donors are likely asking him to stay out of it. After the primary donors will pay him to endorse Corynyn. If Paxton wins the primary Trump will happily endorse him.

So what happened to the Hunt announcement?
Article from Newsweek detailing Hunt, Paxton, Cornyn race with Allred and John T in the mix written 4 days ago.

OWL aint as wise as he thinks.

It seems that I was correct this time; it will be Cornyn and Paxton. I also came across some commentators in Austin suggesting that Hunt has committed political suicide.
As for Crenshaw, it's a relief to have him out of Washington, D.C. He turned into someone he claimed he wasn’t.
