You have to understand the mindset of leftists. They WANT to be "victims". It's part of their self identity. If there is not a situation where they are in actual harms way they will fabricate a situation. (Jussie Smollet anyone?). No one is sending them to "camps"...and deep down they know that. But in order to maintain that sense of being a "victim" they convince themselves it is a very real possibility.

I work for the company that is installing the disco balls in the Gay Men’s reeducation camp outside Sioux Falls. They can run but they cannot hide. We are coming for them and it will be FABULOUS!

History tends to repeat itself, so we will probably see the same number of people taken to camps that were taken to camps during his first term.
