Seven counties in Pennsylvania, a battleground state, say they will not begin counting ballots until the day after Election Day, NBC News reported.

Officials in Beaver, Cumberland, Franklin, Greene, Juniata, Mercer, and Montour counties – all of which voted Republican in the last three elections – will begin counting ballots on Wednesday, according to the report.

Philly Mayor says it will take him days to count.

Maybe GOP people can find votes too...

I believe those counties referenced all went to Trump in 2016. I wouldn’t sweat this development too much. These specific counties and these votes will be a net gain for Trump.

Now, if these counties all show Trump leads tomorrow and then flip Wednesday after an influx of 10,000 votes that are 90% dem, then it’s pitchfork time.

This is ridiculous. What could possibly necessitate them waiting a day?

Why in 2016 can we not push a fricking button at 8:01pm and immediately know the result? I don’t understand why we still have such a fricked up way of voting.

Have faith that the PA GOP is working tirelessly to protect the integrity of our votes.

These are not establishment Republicans - these are people like us - especially in red-leaning counties.

One thing that is at least somewhat giving me hope on the rigging being contained is the fact that the GOP has an army of poll watchers and lawyers around Philly this time around supposedly (I read 2,000 on here earlier).

State/local laws. PA in general screwed the pooch by not allowing early processing or counting of mail-in votes.

And what is different this year from previous elections?

The MSM and big tech are going to be part of the fraud. They need the extra days to spin their story.

Fox talked to a Beaver County official who said they had only 10 people to count early votes and were severely shorthanded due to the virus

early votes in PA can't be opened until tomorrow morning

the Beaver County people who are needed to count EVs will also be out at polling places

just putting out that story

Yeah that was in ONE COUNTY that the PA GOP has over 2,000 volunteers.

Steve Bannon had an interview with the lady leading that effort on his Saturday or Sunday "War Room" podcast. She's a normal pro-Trump lady like us, not some Country Club shill like Ken Cuccinelli or Reince Priebus who thinks Trump will lose and who secretly doesn't GAF.

Not sure if a serious question, but Covid is the answer. This is PA’s first go round with mass mail-in voting and it was entirely brought on by COVID—-hence the focus on the state and the issues within PA.

That assumes the totals aren’t being manipulated.

The only reason their cheating didnt work in 2016 is because they didnt know how bad they were losing and had to scramble at last second. Now they’ve given themselves days to figure out exactly how to manipulate it.

Hope im wrong and we get soul crushing turnout tomorrow. The kind that makes it impossible to find enough car fulls of mail in ballots.

This is ridiculous. They are going to drag this crap out all week. I hope the GOP has already appealed the mail-in ballot extension. Hell, the SCOTUS may even have a ruling before the state is even done counting these freaking votes.

PA has a state law criminalizing night shift workers?

Looking forward to the election being called for Trump tomorrow night without any need to wait on Pennsylvania.

They have been saying for a while now that none of them will count until the Wed but that they would count 24/7 until done (which they expect will be done on Friday).

They are using the same employees to work the polls that will be counting the votes instead of hiring new people to do either.

If anything, this is a win because these are all red areas, so Dems won't know how many votes they need to manufacture. Pretty smart, IMO.
