Thanks for your willingness to examine this on a cursory level….the most frustrating part of these litigation attacks is the very thing you just commented on…it’s meant to cause churn and cost the taxpayers, all while carrying very low probability of effecting change to the directive…its why most politicians are attorneys and why they have very little success in solving real problems
