Request a ballot is a lot different than bulk junk mailing ballots to everyone you think is in your state.
Surely, you see this?
I don't even like the request a ballot absentee voting, but it is a challenge to find an alternative. Safe and rare.

Dense Democrats may accuse him of a double standard because they don’t want to acknowledge the difference between requesting a mail in ballot and mass mailing of ballots with no controls in place.
