Maybe in individual assistance it’s rare but not for public assistance.

This is a bad look for Trump, and for what? To appease the lowest common denominator of his already-dwindling base?

We are standing by patiently on your data for this in California. It's not strange that a bunch of hicks who have not traveled more than a 50 mile radius from where they were born have this opinion. There's a name for people with your line of thinking. I'd say get out and travel and maybe you will change your opinion but I know being uneducated and low wage earner that you don't have that opportunity. Like the Maj there is no hope for you types of people. It's just good that you have no influence over anyone and your voice is relegated to echo chambers like this one and to your neighbors in the low income parts of where you reside.

LMAO !

This coming from a person who calls people stupid and retarded constantly.

You are also a racist with your constant "trailer park" comments.

Just remember this fact , "trailer park trash" is superior to Section 8 trash like yourself.

My dad was present in my upbringing , he taught his sons to take care of themselves. Sorry , you weren't able to grow up that way.

Remains to be seen but he has a point about the wildfires.

The state of California’s forestry rules pretty much guarantee wildfires on a cycle because the fuel for them is never cleaned out via standard practices used in other states.

Yes, they are.

And I have family up there in the Sierras and Whites, from Independence to Yosemite. And those conservatives understand that their state is not spending their tax dollars on controlled burns that help prevent forest fires.

Look what the Navajo firefighters do in North central Arizona for example. The Kaibab and Coconino National Forests are very well upkept and at little risk of catastrophe because of appropriate funding and the efforts of among the world's best firefighters and forestry services.

Controlled burns work. California needs naught but look at their neighbor to see the evidence.

This will backfire. I expect this to get strong pushback from Republicans.

Some 9th Circuit judge will rule that Trump's decision is against the law and the FEMA payments to Cali must be restored.

They may but there is precedent for setting conditions on a state receiving FEMA money... For example dune replenishment on the coast and dune preservation... It really will not be that hard for Trump to justify doing this...

Im just being smarmy, Feds helped cause this problem. Fed money needs to help right it as best it can.

I didn't see the conspiracy funding comments before mine.

so you think Louisiana should loose it FEMA money also then? Because we have been building homes in flood zones for 60yrs here and they flood and we just rebuild and wait for the next flood.

I don't know who is more petty TRUMP or the TRUMPKINS on this board.

Seems that you hard the petty one.

Also, telling CA to get their shite together because so much is at stake appears to be far from petty.

If CA was red state we all know he wouldn't be tweeting about it. That makes him petty.
