Well the judge dismissed the suit, but did not rule that there was no collusion. It was more a standing/juridisction issue for the dismissal
If you are being paid by somebody to be their lawyer and you don't know how to find the right court and jurisdiction, you are stealing your client's money!

And why did dems file in the wrong forum?
Not sure. I wasn't there.
Could have been strategic. They may have known the forum wasn't proper, but felt the judge was more amenable to their case. Procedural gamesmanship is commonplace.
Could just have been a stunt for publicity. Or they could have made a goodfaith mistake. Forum decisions and analyses can be as complex as actual litigation.
That said, to say he "won" the case is just not true. That's like saying a delayed start at a football game counts as a "win." The game hasn't even really begun.

its a tad more complicated than that. The judge pretty much told them how to cure most of their problems.
I don't know who the attorneys were on this.

This was a procedural dismissal (improper forum). The issues are still very much alive. So... No one really "won" anything.
Translation: the case wasn't assigned to a liberal judge.

Well, she was a Clinton appointee. So...

What issues? What court isnproper for these "issues" to be brought? How dumb is the DNC to not file in the proper court? TIA

What issues?
All the issues included in the complaint, probably.

I'm not sure. Haven't read the complaint, so I can't say for sure which court would have SMJ.

See above.

The muh Russia story is just a cover for Hillary's server content. It will show that she along with a bunch of others are evolved in treacherous acts against this country and heinous acts against humanity.

The game's never begun and never will begin, we've had this damn Russian investigation wasting taxpayer money for over a year and nothing that implicates Trump criminally has been discovered and probably will never be discovered it doesn't take this long for all these lawyers and FBI agents to still be conducting an investigation concerning a single election and they've already secured indictments of the probable Russian culprits at this rate it'll probably end in 10 years when Trump's out of office what a fricking joke witch hunt.

As I stated in the other thread, as soon as discovery was on the table, the retreat was at breakneck pace.

The face of the democrat party today - Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters.
Enough said.

Why are you "congratulating" me? That makes no sense. Someone else pointed out the major lie in @real's tweet, the one about "winning" this thread was created to celebrate. I just pointed out the minor lie that you repeated. A "Thank you, sir, for correcting me" would make sense.

So active SC investigation and the morons file a separate suite that gets crushed lol. That's top notch legal strategy there.

When you are he defendant of a suit that gets dismissed....that is winning. I mean...good lord.
