That is plausible.
Another plausible possibility is that while he was physically unavailable to tweet (in a meeting / in a secure location), his account was hacked from inside Twitter. He would be proven to be innocent, and Twitter would be proven to be guilty.
However, if there isn’t an alternate reason for the re-tweet, then it was a moronic decision beyond comprehension that could have dire consequences for the nation (a Biden presidency). As of now, this is where we are.
The only other way I can see this working in his favor is if Mr. White power is actually a Democrat.
