Rod Blagojevich did not sell the Senate seat. He served 8 years in prison, with many remaining. He paid a big price. Another Comey and gang deal! Thank you to @LisaMarieBoothe
who really “gets” what’s going on! @FoxNews

Cad is correct... that's some sensationalized headline for low information voters to make it sound like Blago was the most corrupt politician ever.

Hence why he wasn't charged with Bribery.

So, Blago went to jail for possible Intent with no actual crime, and Hillary avoided jail for actual crimes but "No Intent". Hmmm

This board is going to defend corrupt Illinois Democrat politicians now?

What a time to be alive.

Yeah, I really don't remember what they actually convicted him for. The tape as I recall just was him talking about how you wouldn't just give something like that away.

He didn’t even go that far, he said “ this seat is f@@@in golden, I should get something for it!”

“Something” could just mean a political favor. If I had been on the jury, I could not have convicted based on just what is on the tape.

I think the facts here are important. Hot Rod had his sentence commuted. He was not pardoned. He isn't going to be running for any office. Should he serve 5 more years for what he did (85% required by federal law) in addition to the 7 he has already served? I'm really not sure based on his crime and that he's still a felon. I can see both sides of that.
