What's your basis for saying this? I think there's a tendency to apply the same model to areas/cities that are different from the model cities. For example, should rural and small town Americal operate using the same models being used in the highly concentrated, heavily populated cities, i.e. NYC, NO and others? That may not be the basis for your statement, but I think it has been going on. We're basically seeing speculation based on speculation. Maybe that will end up being accurate, but I"m not convinced yet. Part of the confusing reported has been supported by the media's reporting of total number of confirmed cases/deaths, instead of reporting confirmed cases/deathes per capita.
