For those who do believe it’s a conspiracy, why in the world would they hire someone who didn’t make their HS rifle team? There would have to be hundreds of thousands of better choices, if not more.
We're talking about a suicide mission; he's out in the open and will be (was) killed moments after taking his shot. Absolute best case scenario, he escapes and is on the run the rest of his short life; second best is a life in federal prison until someone kills him. You're not recruiting him on his shooting aptitude, but on willingness to take the shot in that circumstance. That's going to be way less than "hundreds of thousands" who would do that.
Second part is "they", it's not going to be the DNC, Biden's office, or even an official act of any agency. It will be some behind-the-scenes shadow group, either funding or indirectly being funded by someone who benefits from this act.
As for his actual shooting skill, he was familiar enough to try out for the rifle team a few years ago. He's wearing a shirt from a YT site dedicated to firearms and shooting. Odds are he's shot enough to be familiar with the rifle.

Believe what you want to believe, but it might be worthwhile to consider that those beliefs might not be grounded in reality. For every “true” thing these types of people say, they spew exponentially more nonsense. Even a broken clock is right twice a day…

Anyone with a bit of common sense could see this coming. They tried to take him off the ballot in several states, that didn't work. They tried to put him in jail, that didn't work. They tried to bankrupt him, that didn't work.
And as the polls show Trump leading and the Demonrats crumbling, they're getting desparate. The debate was the last straw for the evil ones.

Looking for a hailmary from the left right before election day? Maybe an explosion or something to that nature. Trump has ruined everything they had planned in the future. It was fast tracked under Obama but the Hillary defeat was huge. The left will stop at nothing to end Trump. All i got is TRUMP 2024 and God bless AMERICA

What's more realistic? The SS making dozens of mistakes that led to an "amateur" shooter being able to climb onto a nearby roof and take a shot at the frontrunner to be the next president or that someone purposefully didn't cover the roof?

How can you gather evidence to substantiate your claim when you have an administration that stonewalls everything. All the agencies of the government engage in coverup. Now you tell me the head of DHS is telling the head of the SS to shut up. Hummm?
