Our election system is completely different from 2016

Mail in voting is what’s causing the GOP to not win the way we should.
Democrats can now reach people who wouldn’t show to the polls before 2020.
Hell, they’ll even fill out their ballots for them.
Lack of voter ID Laws
Ballot curing
All of these were implemented in 2020 to beat TRUMP and the GOP.
They still exist.
THIS is the difference.

Why don't repubs use mail in votes?

Because it doesn’t benefit the GOP.
Our voters show up to the polls.
Historically, democrats have had a problem with that.
Many of their voters never cared to show.

Fetterman would win against Desantis because it's still crooked in Pennsylvania. That's what people don't understand. We are waiting on the same states as last election. The same states are the ones we have to fix.

Mail in voting is fraud, plain and simple. You have no way to verify that the person who filled it out is the correct person that should've received the ballot.

I think there’s more truth to this than people want to realize.
Midterms have typically swung on the fact that they are where the people who actually give a shite vote and those who don’t (either because they are stupid, lazy, indifferent - whatever) stay home. We now set up a system whereby the ‘don’t give a shits’ votes are essentially baked in to every election, whether they give a shite or not. What we are seeing seems to be the logical outcome of it.
But I guess it’s more fun to try to find a singular scapegoat.

I agree. You should be able to get an absentee ballot only if:
1. You are out of the country on official US government business.
2. You are in the military.
If you can't get to the polls then you shouldn't be able to vote. I would also have early voting that weekend before election day only.

Eta: mail-in voting is the equivalent of giving a stranger your visa debit card number and pin on Facebook Marketplace. At least if you pay your water bill in person with cash, and watch the clerk count it, and you get a receipt, you know it has been properly paid.

I’m totally against mail-in voting. It’s rife with fraud and that’s why the Dems fricking love it. Definitely do way with voting by mail, but you have to make early voting or absentee voting available to people who have irregular work schedules.
