The 11yr old won't pay for his crime at all and Lord knows the 14yr old won't either.
Crimes like this, so young... and when they pull this shite at 18- it will be reported they didn't have a record, they just made a mistake, it's racial injustice to give a kid 17yrs for his "first offense".
