Vance / DeSantis Ticket?
Or is there another Trump type (celebrity / sports guys) that will run out of no where?

You think the country shifts back blue so quick?
Doubt it, if Trump and JD deliver it’s going to be JD and his choice.
If the elections get fixed in more states it’s going to be a beat down again

2028 is the last chance they have as the current Democratic Party. The reapportionment of delegates after 2030 will make the current Leftist DEI Democratic Party just a loud opposition party. They will have to lurch way to the center to be competitive.
They're going to make extreme pushes for Georgia.
GOP HAS GOT to watch out for this and get out in front of it beforehand. Start that process now.

Vivek is pretty awesome
agreed. would love to see him run for the house or senate in 2026 to get some more political experience under his belt.

In 2028, America will still not be ready for a female president. Tulsi's path will be 4 year stint as a Margaret Thatcher type VP, asse kicking soundpiece that would make the world take notice. That's the path of Tulsi, or of another female of her qualifications. She has to be one tough cookie.

My liberal friend says it will be Gov of Ky., but I have never heard of him.
In the election when people nearby (in Tennessee) asked why so many in Kentucky crossed to vote for a D for governor while the rest of their ballots were R.
The answer was "his last name". Several people wrote that another Bashear had been a good governor, so they voted for the name.
(When I lived in Texas, an unknown was voted Railroad Commissioner because his last name was the same as someone who had done good things in the state office to which he was elected. IIRC that last name with a vowel or two different was Yarborough.

The bigger question is who will the Dems pick?
Newsome? Whitmer? or who else? My liberal friend says it will be Gov of Ky., but I have never heard of him.
Whitmer. She's evil as shite and it just oozes out of her. One of those people who doesn't even try to hide it. I know I'm certainly not the only one that has always seen it.
She is disingenuous, conniving, disloyal and very cunning. Those are all traits that typical Dim frontrunners possess to some degree, but she excels and has broken the mold.

There are alot of items at the top of Trumps list.
This is an item I'd like him to deliver before 2026 for midterms... and absolutely before 2028.
It is not a coincidence that Florida moved so far to the right. Ron made the process about counting the votes and not ensuring an outcome. Let the chips fall where they may. Have to have that everywhere.
---------
As for who comes after Trump... let's look at history:
There have been 4 Vice Presidents that successfully ran for the Presidency directly after their Vice Presidency.
John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Martin Van Buren, George HW Bush.
There have been 2 that have been Vice Presidents that were elected President later in their career.
Richard Nixon (Eisenhower VP, President after LBJ) and Joe Biden.
There have been 5 to assume the Presidency but not win another term.
Tyler, Fillmore, Johnson, Arthur, and Ford.
There have been 4 to assume the Presidency and win another term.
Teddy Roosevelt, Coolidge, Truman, LBJ.
Of the 46 Presidents.... All in all... 15 VPs have served as President in one form or another, roughly 1/3.
Less than 10% of Presidents have taken the VP directly to the Presidency.... with only Bush doing it since 1837.
And the party in power only holds office 57% of the time.
JD could do it, but the deck is stacked against him.
He won't have the conspicuous 8 years under Reagan.
He would need vast prosperity and a desire to continue to momentum and policies of Trump.... and people to believe he would be as effective.

Vance, Vivek, Desantis, Cruz and Tulsi will probably be the front runners.
Can you imagine having choices like that?
