IRL I've found that the greatest math problem black people have deals with personal finance.
Perhaps getting back to the basics will help them. The notched tally bones invented by their ancestors will both help them with managing their finances and allow them to celebrate their cultural history.

All those old segregationist are being proven right.

School is becoming about indoctrination over education.

What a relief! I read that as being the coach of LSU.
To be fair, I imagine Coach O isn't a math whiz

Is it at least two methods or two answers?
Because I always hated show your work and only getting partial credit with the right answer or doing it an easier way.

Will Oregon, Washington, and California just fricking secede already.
It really is amazing how they prove on a daily basis that we cannot coexist so I wish they would just kindly frick off.

Y’all think China is eating our lunch because of crooked pedo politicians but at best they are a symptom of the real problem: America’s labor capital has been ruined by success.
The solution is to bring in as many able bodied immigrants who show initiative as we can to subsidize American-born complacency. We have to put America first not Americans first.
Americans had their shot and blew it, it’s time to give the guy who walked to our border from South America for the chance to clean our toilets a shot.

You get to pick one:
1). Huge increase in immigration
2). A welfare system
As long as 2 exists, 1 is suicide.

I have never seen such a ludicrous assortment of word salad in my life

Depends on how you define welfare.
More funding for public schools, more spending on child healthcare, more spending on scholarships for higher education for low income families? All of these things just multiply the economic benefits motivated immigrant families bring to the economy.
Tariffs to protect domestic factories, farm subsidies to prop up rural communities, and policy like allowing gun manufacturers to avoid legal liabilities are forms of “welfare” that just make native born Americans more entitled and dangerous.
I don’t care if your dad had a great job in a factory, you aren’t entitled to it Mr. Lower Class American just because you were born on the right side of an imaginary line. Learn to compete in a modern economy (yes that might mean coding or managing the lawn of someone who can code) or move over and let the young hungry immigrant get a shot.

2016: We need to highlight people of color who worked in the shadows on America’s proudest achievements, especially in STEM fields.
2020 White Liberals: We need to pretend that people of color can’t succeed in Math. It’s not their fault or ours for not having the skills to actually teach, it’s simply too racist for anyone other than white people to learn.
Besides that, Oregon is 87% white. They’re hardly the people that should be setting any standards on how to evaluate the educational needs of non-white students.

Duh... 20 dollar minimum wage.
This stuff is why $15 is being pushed now. School is no longer for learning... it’s taxpayer funded daycare and grievance counseling.

We spend too much money on public schools already.
The state of New York AVERAGES over $25k/student per year. There are districts in Alaska that spend over $50k. The special school district of St. Louis spends $90k per student for 4,000 special needs students.
Take your bullshite talking points to people who don’t know anything.

I’m out. This country is doomed.

Math is literally LITERALLY impossible to make racist. There’s no judgment calls like English or other subjects. You either have the right answer or you don’t.

Instead of focusing on one right answer, the toolkit encourages teachers to "come up with at least two answers that might solve this problem."
Any adult that can make a statement like this has proven themselves too stupid to function independently. Therefore they should be put in assisted living and lose their right to vote.

It has been for quite some time, especially in higher Ed. It’s becoming more radicalized and being pushed on younger and younger students now.
