Doesn't matter if stores refuse to sell guns

may be a case by case basis. I know in Colorado when they passed unconstitutional bans on magazines over a certain limit, some stores sold "repair kits" to get the crippled mags to their real capacity; others just ignored it and sold them anyway and still do.

The people that didn't vote for this should just move out of state.

I'm planning on moving to Nevada or Florida asap.

If they don’t have something in place to allow purchases by the deadline, there’ll be at least one lawsuit filed, and the courts will shred what the state is attempting.

I guess it's a good thing women will soon have the same rights as guns.

And the arms going up… Same exact reaction they all have before they collapse.

Since the end of the Civil War, the gov has done nothing but infringe upon the right to bear arms.

Any such restriction on ARMS ownership is unconstitutional. That includes "red" states that have any sort of permit requirements.

EVERY gun law on the books is unconstitutional. All are in infringement. If politicians want to pass gun legislation it must be done with an amendment.

But the gutless cowards in DC (politicians, judges and justices) wont do what needs to be done.

I waited over a year for a FOID card here in IL. You cant even hold a firearm without one in a store, even scheels wont sell you bb guns. I never worried about it because all my guns are at home, but you cant buy ammo without it either. Wife has her CC, I cant get it because of my MMJ card, even though im a veteran

The good thing is you don’t have to follow those rules and you can protect your family against anyone that tries to enforce those rules on you!

Prepare for major shitshow.

That will depend on if the judge issues an injunction before the 8th. The state AG just petitioned the judge for a delay on implementation (why they need to ask the judge?) for 30 days to give more time to setup the application process. But that doesn't address the fact that nobody has a certified training program as required in 114. All of this garbage should be thrown out post-Bruen at the lowest level but some courts are having trouble following the rather simple one-step test put before them.

Two more Oregon counties vote to become part of Idaho: ‘It’s all about values’

Is there a realistic chance that the eastern half of Oregon secedes and becomes part of Idaho? 11 counties have now voted but I don't know if it's ceremonial or a legit process.

now do "apply for a permit to speak"

Journalism permit would be epic. Absolutely unconstitutional, but the melt would be hilarious
