I wonder how she could be charged with civil rights violations for letting the state's citizens be deprived of their equal rights, use of their property and destruction of their lives and businesses at the hands of insurrectionists?

Has this actually happened? Because I heard he wanted to, but I haven't heard any updates on it.

Even if he hasn't though, he has expanded and vast powers right now for a whole host of reasons. Basically due to the coronavirus emergency declarations that they created the need for. Add to that the recent declarations that China did this deliberately and he has all the cover he could possibly need for any legal challenge, I bet. I'm not any sort of legal expert or anything though. This is just according to the various declarations, Stafford Act, other materials I've read lately.

If the coronavirus was determined to be a biological attack, he has full authority to give any policing effort here in the US over to the military if he wants. He's had the authority to use federal LEOs all along, I think.

Federal government needs to come in and allow Americans to put down riots with immunity from prosecution. Police shouldn't be forced to shoulder the burden alone.

Let Oregon and Washington secede. Four less Democrats in the Senate.

Spent a few months TDY in Oregon. Loved it. Mt Hood, Columbia River, Pendleton Round Up. So glad got to see it before the Marxists took over.

You can still enjoy all of that just skip visiting downtown Portland.

Oregon to me is everything else but Portland. So much to enjoy.

Our personnel are clearly marked as federal LEOs & have unique identifiers. You will not see names on their uniforms b/c these same violent criminals use this information to target them & their families, putting both at risk. As Acting Commissioner, I will not let that happen!

The last dude getting hit by the truck had me rolling.

I cant not get a chuckle anytime I see people intentionally blocking traffic getting hit.

It's hilarious.
