I’m surprised the media hasn’t tried to yaas queen her at every turn. She must be an even emptier suit than appears.

This appears to be a direct quote of part of this ruling.

You need to find a different way to continue to ignore that lindell is a lunatic with no grasp of any of this.

A Motion to Dismiss asserts that NO AMOUNT OF EVIDENCE will make any difference in the case, because the claim asserted has ZERO LEGAL BASIS. It ASSUMES that EVERY FACTUAL CLAIM is true, and examines whether a claim can be sustained under those alleged "facts."

Dismissal means that Pillow Guy had no legal theory which could support his claim for relief. None.
Hilarious that no one even TRIED to cntradict this basic explanation of the ruling.

“The courts just will not listen to the evidence!”

No, Cletus, the Court was willing to assume the truth of EVERYTHING he says. Even with that assumption, he HAS NO VALID CLAIM.

It’s telling…she can’t connect with people and the nervous laugh is extremely off-putting.

Yes, but he’s still exposed to the defamation claims and ongoing legal costs…maybe that’s what is being referred to.

That is the sanction for Pillow Guy’s counterclaims that were dismissed as being utterly frivolous. Pillow Guy still faces the original tort causes of action asserted against him (mostly defamation, as I recall)

lindell doesnt have the access or the resources to prove anything he is saying, unless a state SOS or a State GOP got behind him and that aint gonna happen

he is just trying to stir things up and keep the noise up, which is probably a fool’s errand

and expensive

So basically he’s a real live shite poster. Why would you choose to give his evidence-less claims credit?

I havent

but I respect the guy enough to recognize he is passionate enough to put his reputation and his checkbook on the line to create challenges to the status quo

I think he is wasting his time and his money with court cases, the system is rigged

the same SOS and GOP he would need benefited from the inadequecies of the system, he isnt going to undue that from the outside. States have to clean up their own election messes

I have yet to see a court actually examine any evidence at all

This is the 35 page opinion from the Nevada Court. I know you've never seen it before because of your statement about a court never having considered evidence. LINK

The Judge also allowed the plaintiffs to admit FIFTEEN depositions into evidence even though the depos were noticed after the court scheduling deadline.

How many of the other election decisions have you also not even read yet continue to have an opinion about?

That is such a ridiculous deflection.

Your claim has "no standing".

Even the NYT is printing that there is no record of “widespread” fraud.

To say there was no fraud in this election is disingenuous. There is no way that many people voted for Biden.

Fortunately we have courts to decide on these nonsense claims from the pillow guy and his ilk, and not the TD college football site political talk board.

Just reading some of the topics that pop up here and what some of y’all seem to believe.
