And you show you don't know what "pivot" means

Hell, what does this have to do with voting for him?

His winning or losing has no effect on the system.
Only actual laws implemented to regulate "lawfare" can do that. I've been waiting over a year for suggestions on these proposed laws with nothing of substance given.

The only way to solve it is to strip the government (at all levels) of power (by rescinding criminal laws, making them less punitive, strengthening our rights, etc.), at least in the criminal arena. That is not a favored approach on Trumpland, at least when out-groups are concerned (which means a universal solution is not on the table).
There isn't anything you can really do in the civil arena, generally. The EJC case is an outlier due to SOL manipulation, but things like the Rudy lawsuits are above board.

If it took that debate for these people to realize Biden had a problem the. They are all idiots.

It didn't take that debate for them to realize it, it took that debate to force them to admit it.

I was already posting about DEM strategy in replacing Biden before the debate, so that argument does not apply to me.

It doesn't apply to you but you felt the need to pad your post count? Ok.

The thread was literally started on the incorrect conflation

quote:That is 100% false my friend. If Berian lawfare targeting political opposition is seen as a mechanism for victory it will be repeated. If it is seen as an abject PR disaster, as hopefully will be the case, odds are neither side will try it again.
His winning or losing has no effect on the system.

Very true. Like the media, they believed people were actually believing the spin and lies.
It was actually funny to see Biden Tweet while he was debating. As if people didn't already know he was too far gone to actually be doing his own social media like Trump can.
This just furthers the fact that this clown didn't get 81 million actual oxygen breathing legal voters in 2020. So many people have awaken to what happened. The Fauci files even prove just how far they had to twist COVID to last and cover the steal.

Lesser punishments applied unevenly based on politics, race, religion, gender, etc. is no solution at all. The only way to solve it is to actually enforce the equal protection clause.

So even more big government oversight.
Sweet.

Many government positions have civil and/or criminal immunity for official acts.
That means they can't be sued or prosecuted for official acts while in office.
There isn't a specific case giving the President criminal immunity for official acts. It's very likely this week there will be a case giving the President criminal immunity. We have assumed this existed for some time (before I was born), but this should solidify it in law.
The best example is probably Obama droning the citizen without due process. Since that was an official act as CIC, he can't be prosecuted for murder.
