My only point is that this was not some off-the-cuff decision. They did a thorough investigation.
It doesn’t matter how much investigating is done if conclusions drawn are ridiculous and politically motivated.
Can you explain any circumstances where shooting someone who is choking you out should not be considered self-defense when it’s the other dude that was the aggressor?
And doesn’t the fact that the special prosecutor even mentioned the Facebook post make you wonder about the whole investigation/indictment? What does it matter that they guy posted that he was going to protect his property?

where the frick is Barr? As AG, he has a duty to go after these rogue prosecutors that are illegally charging people like this man and the teenager in WI
He’s too busy crafting strongly worded statements while running out the clock.

Honest question - does this case bother you? Not the suicide, but that the guy defending himself and his property was brought up on charges?

I'm curious what evidence they found that made the final investigation decide to press charges when other two didn't . It seems like self defense to me but I don't know the details or other evidence they have

What could possibly change it from self-defense to a murder charge? There’s video. We know who the aggressors were. What could change that determination?

That article infuriates me. The star witness as you say not only admitted to destroying property, he lied about Gardner using a racial slur, and started the whole confrontation by pushing Gardner’s dad to the ground. This is the scum that the special prosecutor based his case on to get an indictment. fricking crazy

WWAHD?
What would Aggie Hank do in this situation?
It’s easy to sit behind your monitor and play Devils Advocate and try to be the voice of reason. What would you do? Please advise us non lawyers what rights we have to protect our lives, out families lives and our property?
