Iran and would be a colossal frickup for us to take or attempt to take it.

Think it was Jack Keane just yesterday who said it would be a sitting duck and completely destroyed by Iran.

Trumps Strengths were America first, The Border, and great economy and low Prices.

THIS aint it!!! He is fricking up listening to the wrong fricking people again as usual and we are all going to pay the price with lost mid terms and probably the presidency to the Dumb O Crats.

War was a mistake the Iran Nuke thing is so blown out of proportion its ridiculous. Iran Nuclear is about as real as climate change and WMD.

Instead of bombs, let’s start dropping illegal aliens in them. We can even arm the illegals.

Put signs at our border…Enter illegally, end up in Iran.

2 birds, 1 stone.

But it is.

Iran views us as the "Great Satan" because we back Israel and apostate Arabic regimes.

We can debate whether or not the threat is real (I have my doubts), but if it is, we are a target just like Israel and the other gulf states.

And Trump is on record as saying, many years ago, that he would not allow Iran to have nuclear weapons.

So if you voted for Trump, like I did, you had to know that the possibility of us getting into a military conflict with Iran existed, even if you were a "no new wars" guy, like I am.

I don't like where we are right now at all. We're beginning to look foolish. We need to finish what we started.

I'm pretty sure Iran is right now.

I also think we could take it any time we want to. We just haven't wanted to yet.

How much uranium are they supposed to have? I mean size . A cup full, or a truck full?

Why would it still be there? If i had a stash, it wouldn't be where it could be bombed

They told Steve Witkoff that they have about 1000 lbs of 60% enriched uranium.

No one cares if he strikes Iran's nuclear facilities. He did it last year and the move was highly popular and according to the admin, was highly successful.

But to begin a protracted conflict, just because an ally was gonna do it anyway, with no clear goals set, was foolish.

By all accounts, they have enough to make 10 or 11 weapons, if they complete enrichment.

Now these ^^ are the boots I want on the ground. Screw sending them back to their homeland, fill the carriers and drop every man in Iran.

You can't be this stupid.

They can have tons of nuclear material and not have the tech or ability to make a bomb. But you have GOT to know that they are trying their damndest to get there.

Don't be an a-hole.

This is the dumbest nonsense ever.

Just Google, "What would happen if Iran and Israel nuked each other?"

This is what I got when I did:

quote:

A nuclear exchange between Israel and Iran would result in unprecedented mass casualties, the immediate destruction of major population centers, and widespread radioactive fallout.

It would trigger a global economic crisis, cause catastrophic environmental damage, and threaten to escalate into a broader global conflict.

Detonating nuclear weapons over major cities and military sites would instantly kill millions. For example, studies assessing potential attacks on major Iranian cities like Tehran estimate casualty rates as high as 80-90% for the targeted areas.

With hospitals destroyed and medical personnel incapacitated, surviving populations would lack the capacity to treat severe burns, blast injuries, and acute radiation sickness.

Nuclear detonations would spread deadly radioactive isotopes (such as Cesium-137) across thousands of square miles. This would render large swathes of land uninhabitable for years and poison both the air and local water supplies.

Detonating nuclear weapons in modern, heavily populated cities would ignite massive firestorms, lofting millions of tons of black carbon (soot) into the upper atmosphere.

This soot would block sunlight, resulting in a sudden and drastic drop in surface temperatures across the Middle East and neighboring regions.

While a localized exchange between two nations is not large enough to trigger an earth-encompassing "nuclear winter" (which would require thousands of high-yield detonations), the atmospheric disruption and blocking of sunlight could still collapse global agriculture, reducing food calories severely and potentially causing famines that kill billions worldwide.

Strikes on critical infrastructure would destroy power grids and desalination plants. Because the Middle East relies heavily on desalination, radioactive contamination of the water supply would affect millions of people across neighboring countries.

Millions of displaced survivors would attempt to flee the devastated zones, resulting in an unprecedented refugee and humanitarian crisis.

The destruction of energy infrastructure in the Persian Gulf would cause global oil and gas prices to spike, potentially triggering worldwide financial instability.

A nuclear strike risks drawing other regional and global powers (including the United States and Russia) directly into the conflict, depending on how alliances and military doctrines respond.

The idea that the United States can just pull up our drawbridge and ignore the rest of the world is so stupid I can't believe any adult believes it.

This. On the flip side, if Israel did start the conflict with us publicly stating we were not involved and didn’t approve (whether true or not), when Iran retaliated against our assets in the region, we could have used that provocation as justification to retaliate in turn. Instead of us being aggressors, we’re acting defensively against an aggressor who is lashing out at third parties. This would have likely resulted in the U.S. garnering significantly more international support and sympathy in taking action against Iran.

So, is the density high? Meaning 1000 lbs could be a 2' cube...or is it low density and 1000 lbs could fill the back of a pickup?

How could anyone know the exact volume when Iran refuses to allow international inspectors access to their facilities?
