They have led long and miserable lives. Misery loves company so they are just doing what other old miserable hags are doing.

Do you realize that the anti-oil industry stance held and enacted by the current administration has had an impact on production and oil prices within the United States?

Yes, there are multiple factors, but Biden is not helping the situation at all.

Some of us do. That's not to say that some of Biden/Dem policies aren't adding to the upward rise.

Speaking from a pure economic/market angle, but has happened over the past two weeks to cause such a big jump in a short amount of time?

Do you realize until Joe took office that the US was the largest oil producer in the world, which impacted the price of Crude

It's ok, we don't count volatile oil costs into our CPI as we don't count automobile prices, home prices, rent, property taxes, etc. Wild Tchoupitoulas said his/her monthly expenses are nearly the same in 2021 as 2020......what a dupe.

Do you realize US oil production has yet to recover from Trumps lockdowns? Have you heard of supply and demand before?

One frustrating part about the oil market is that when all the speculators think it's going to go higher, they actually make it go high with their trades. It's a self fulfilling prophecy. I don't have the answer, just bitching.

Well just looking at the weekly inventory the US had a 4.6mm bbl draw last week bringing the commercial stockpile down to 413.3mm bbls, down 68.9mm bbls from the same time last year when commercial stockpiles were 482.2mm bbls
