What's wrong with he state deciding this? And if you believe it's infanticide why don't you just not get one and let those of us who disagree get them?

Abortion is a consequence of sin. Yes, it is disgusting to people with a biblical sense of morality.

And it is all too avoidable: Don't have sex before marriage or outside of marriage. Use protection or other contraceptives.

How easy is that?

God allows Satan to present it's 'Option/choice to Humanity. Because 1/3 of the angels chose to follow Satan, does not mean that the 2/3 will pay the price in the next life. This life will be "wailing and gnashing of teeth". Albeit Mother Nature will have her say re survival of the FIT. That is the bottom line.

For those on the Right who believe that the Progressives are woefully misguided at the least or pure evil at the worst, and deserving of a dogfight for power...such should rejoice in the suicidal policy 'freedom of choice' in that this will result in far fewer Progressives.

Is what it is. Humanity learns at each other's expense.

Sidenote, a quote from a guy named Frank Herber (I think): "When you are weaker to demand freedom based on our principles, and when you are stronger you take our freedom based on your principles". Smart guy whoever he was.

I don't even care anymore. These states that pass pro abortion laws are probably better off killing the ones that will grow up liberal. It's our silent war against liberals.

"Only slave owners can decide if it's okay to own slaves."

"If you think the Final Solution is bad, don't kill people."

Liberal logic is full of fallacies.

Government should not be involved in dictating what it's citizens do or do not do with their own body, right?

Probably not the thread for it, but pro-lifers believe there is another body in the equation besides the woman's.

I don't know one pro life individual that holds their opinion on abortion solely to tell women what to do.

The argument isn't whose body it is, it's whether or not you believe an unborn child has rights or doesn't.

If Ohio wants to make abortion legal by vote of the people, then so be it.

What? Your application of that phraseology to this policy issue is on brand asininity.

I know self awareness isn't your strength.

killing a child out of convenience and selfishness bothers me. Why does it not you?

Many married women with families I've talked to about this issue would never contemplate having an abortion out of convenience but they want the option for other reasons. Mainly having to do with fetal defects. This is something that doesnt get discussed too often and more conservative women are often pretty quiet about it.
I know that most abortions are out of convenience. Thats unfortunate but perhaps its time for conservatives to realize this is a losing issue and change the approach to limiting the perceived need of some folks to have abortions. Get behind true pro family legislation and not just pro birth.

Played golf with 12 “country club republicans “ today. One of the guys over a beer asked the group about it because he couldn’t find the exact language on the internet. I know. So I told them what it means.
Yet you provide no link to either the statute or any analysis of it.

We will be a country of abortion on demand.
Or Ohio will be a state with "abortion on demand," and Texas will not.

Isn't that what "conservatives" have been advocating for the last 50 years?

It's weird that we are so far to the left of Europe on this issue.
Or to their Right, if we look at it from a "limited government" perspective.

Saying "it isn't any of the government's business" on an issue was once considered a "conservative" position.

Why are leftist psycho baby killers obsessed with pregnancy resulting from rape or incest. Are they engaging in that much of those things?
