I don’t think even a “functionally retarded” person could achieve half of what he has in life. On the other hand people who make that assertion on an anonymous internet discussion forum, as if they really know anything about anything, those people are definitely suspect in my opinion.

Everytime a Republican candidate loses an election now, even if said Republican is mentally ill and so stupid he needs a drool cup. The Republican line will be that the election is rigged.

I wouldn't vote in elections either if I thought my vote didn't matter.

Lol. I didn’t say the election was rigged. Just this particular poll. As most polls are done in order to shape opinion rather than reflect it. Need you be reminded of 2016? Do you honestly think the Georgia electorate is accurately reflected here with a 12% spread between the two? Georgia isn’t California where I wouldn’t bat an eye at that kind of polling in a statewide election. I’ll still be voting but thanks for your concern.

We saw this leading up to the runoff. There were plenty of GOP voters, including on this site, who didn't bother voting in the runoff. They believed Lin Wood and Sidney Powell that the runoff was pre-determined, despite the fact that neither Wood or Powell presented concrete evidence, and that Trump would magically be reinstated in a few weeks and that Pence would break the tie in a 50-50 Senate.
How did that work out? Biden got sworn in and the Dems flipped both seats and we've had to pray for 2 years that Manchin and/or Sinema don't vote in lock step with the leftist crackpots in the Senate.

No question, but that's not why they lost.
A certain loser acted like a fricking baby and made it all about himself, which angered Independent voters and liberals who otherwise would've been complacent, much like in the 08-09 GA runoff, since their guy won and was headed to the WH.
Wood and Powell, who the loser embraced and bragged on, lied to GOP voters and told them to stay home and not vote.
McConnell didn't deliver with aid before the runoff.
Of those 3 reasons, the first 2 were the biggest factors in why we lost both seats. Ironically, shite candidates are why we're going to underachieve this cycle in the Senate. Oz, Masters, and Bolduc, specifically. The blame should go to the primary voters who still worship a loser and vote for whoever he tells them to. Maybe losing the Senate will be a final wakeup call for people to tell a certain loser to frick off and no longer listen to him?
