Seems like universities do a great job of attracting that these days. Parents sending their daughters off to rush for the top sororities instead of the best education.

College campuses are full of them. I don't even want to post what went on during my official visits for football and this was back in the late 1990's. Girls would literally walk up to you at a party and ask you if you wanted to frick.
