NSC meeting was scheduled for tomorrow.

I mean it’s true. Trump is either scared of the stock market selling off or any casualties. Meanwhile the Dems gonna have a landslide bc gas is over $5 everywhere and Trump has elongated a war that should have been over a month ago.

The term "panic" implies a lack of resolve and a lack of willingness to see difficult events through to a successful result. I don't think that those of us who are dismayed by this 6th postponement of a promised attack are the ones who are properly described as "panicking."
This. Now if this whole thing turns out to be a big deception tactic and we are raining down bombs on Tehran tomorrow morning, then I'll retract my statements and admit that was a boss move.

When was tomorrow floated as "the day"? I must have missed it being reported.
NSC was supposed to meet tomorrow and all the chatter indicated that strikes were going to take place within 48 hours (Tuesday). Israel was gearing up for it and getting into position. Those guys have to have the biggest case of blue balls ever right now.

At this point Israel should just ignore Trump and go finish the job themselves

You two are barking up the wrong tree there hogs. I would be fine with dropping a nuke on Tehran.
What I’m not fine with is the limp wristed response when Iran has not shown a change in position since the bombing ended and is simply stalling. Trump is looking foolish at this point.
They got what they wanted, he stopped bombing. Now they are stringing him along.

Fully agree. For someone who prides himself on being "tough" and a bit of a wild card, Trump is clearly afraid of deepening the conflict and is looking for an off ramp. Unfortunately, that won't be so easy given the type of actor the United States is dealing with.

Thanks. I really wasn't plugged in over the weekend.

The key is not to let the enemy know when they are going to be attacked. Trump says: I am going to attack. No, the attack is stayed. Now I am really going to attack. Oh wait there is progress so I will hold off. Then he says all hell will be unleashed. Oh wait, there is a new proposal. The attack can come at any time. Trump is playing psychological warfare mind gameswith the Iranians. Then Kaboom, all hell is unleashed.

Trump is apparently too much of a pussy to do anything. He's not going to resume any kind of conflict, and he will continue to look for an out. The first time I am completely disappointed with Trump.

Someone needs to have an intervention with Trump and let him know how these constant back-downs are playing with his base. Check out the comments to Eric Daugherty's X post on Trump's decision - almost uniformly negative. And I assume that the vast majority of people who read Daughterty's X account are MAGA.

I have heard of a plan to arm the Iranian teenagers with game controllers and drones. Just something I have read.
Where did you read this info and how would we get the drones to them, carried in by another drone?

I have come to the conclusion this country is irretrievably screwed, and I just need to focus on making as much as I can. Then pray that the socialist/communist left doesn't try to take it all.

I think the reason that the bombing has stopped is that it has reached a point of diminishing returns. All of the IRGC and related stuff has been hit hard, and now they have dispersed and found new holes to hide in.
Arming the urprising or putting boots on the ground is what's left or some variation thereof.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Well, I guess two days is better than two weeks at any rate. Just don't move the goalposts on getting the enriched uranium dust.

If you know who among the protestors and uprising can be counted on, it is not difficult to have bigger drones deliver small FPV suicide drones to roof tops in many places. Having a bunch of jets flying and bombing would mask any sound and keep the IRGC's heads down. Of course, it would be good if there were ground controllers who had local intel as to where and what the IRGC was doing while this is going on.
It's not brain surgery...

If boots on the ground are in order then I imagine we’d be hearing things about mobilization. I don’t think we’ll hold much with what has been announced so far. I see no indication this was ever planned for.
I don’t think we can keep kicking the can down the road with an oil supply crunch on its way.

No kidding about mob orders?
We had clowns on her at the start yapping about boots on the ground.
Wasn't part of the equation.
