The US needs to handle the IRGC and tell that side of the world to "take care" and further develop our side of the globe
That's a BINGO, screen shot.

Definitely not because it’s too much effort.
I meant the effort, expense, etc. Would be on IRGC and company getting the thing implemented, not the US. The US would sit back and watch them spin their wheels.

They aren't necessarily pumped empty. to begin with and never completely empty unless being tested for bottom integrity or to be cleaned of sediment which is in every barrel of oil
Yes that is correct and for further details, the floating roof never goes all the way down to the bottom because there are legs that keep the roof up to allow for cleaning, inspection and maintenance.
Regardless. visually the tank will appear to be empty with the roof very near to the bottom.

You don't pull out an ancient oil tanker to Kharg island if you have empty tanks on land to fill.
That's probably how that works.
Last I heard Iran had 2 -3 weeks more oil storage before they need to shut in wells.
Who knows exactly how much time they have and news reporting on current statuses vary.

Iran unveiled a mural honoring regime leaders killed in the war.
Among them is their latest Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, raising speculation, but there has been no official confirmation as of yet of his passing.
The regime’s leadership crisis is deepening.

The British, French, and Herman leaders are living in fear of the Muslims they have let over run their countries. The will now be assassinated if the go against them.

Dude sure got butthurt when asked why he wouldn’t denounce a monarchy if he truly cared about the country’s freedom.

Israel used graphite bombs on Iranian power lines earlier in the war as a warning. They had the power back on in several hours.
We tried the same thing in Serbia with similar results- we eventually ended up bombing all their power plants.

Any of us who have been in a refinery or tank farm know this. By your initial statement you haven't been near any

I counted on Wikipedia world wide and I have been in 114 different refineries and chemical plants in my younger years.
The last floating roof tank I entered was at Murphy Oil in Mereaux, La.after Katrina to do an estimate on repairs.
The tank floated off the foundation several ft. and the floor plate was buckled and there was about a 6 ft. crown from silt washing under the floor plate.
They decided to demo and replace that tank in kind.
Have a nice day and sorry if I upset you.
