I think we're about to see the folly of negotiating a ceasefire with a country where no one is in charge and in which the ability to communicate effectively (with themselves) has been essentially removed.

It appears we negotiated with one head of the many headed hydra and the rest of the heads are not happy about it. Time will tell how this strategy works out because surely they knew this would happen.
