You can’t be that dense. The Russians did it to napoleon. Dracula did it to the ottomans. The Romans did it to Hannibal.

They’re the only “SSGN” submarines we have right now. They’re ballistic missile submarines AKA boomers that have been converted to be cruise missile arsenal ships.
Our attack submarines also carry land attack missiles.

REGIME COLLAPSE INDICTORS | GraySpace Strategic Warning Group | 31 March 2026
Bottom line: Collapse indicators are increasing; the regime is still holding through coercion rather than breaking, but the cracks are widening.
What got worse today
Repression intensified: Tehran warned that aiding “hostile states” can bring the death penalty and asset seizure; authorities say they have made 1,000+ arrests in the past month and filed about 200 indictments.
Executions continued: Iran executed two more PMOI-linked men today, after two similar executions the day before.
The regime is preparing for internal unrest, not just war: Reuters reports Tehran fears post-war economic collapse and is using the IRGC and Basij to harden control in advance.
Manpower strain is visible: Basij-linked checkpoint and patrol manpower has reportedly expanded to include volunteers as young as 12, which suggests anxiety about sustaining internal control.
External pressure is not easing: Israel said today it is prepared to keep striking Iran for “weeks to come.”
What says it is not collapse yet
The regime still has a functioning coercive apparatus.
There is still no clear evidence of cascading elite defections or sustained multi-city anti-regime uprisings in the core urban centers.
What would signal real collapse
Elite defections or open splits that paralyze decision-making.
Failure to hold checkpoints and security control in major cities.
Sustained protests in multiple core population centers at once.
Signs the regime cannot keep paying, fueling, or supplying the security services.

I wouldn't say impervious to them. Ukraine has hit multiple Russian subs with drones. Also there's many things out there that can hit a sub besides missiles or drones.

I can't disagree with you on this. I think we should be open to any offered assistance.
Ukraine has been extremely innovative with out it has approached dealing with the Russian Black Sea Fleet. They probably have some pretty nifty toys which could help secure the Strait.

Trump on Iran nuclear capabilities: “I don’t even think about it. I just know that, you know, that’s so deeply buried it’s gonna be very hard for anybody. And we – we’ve watched it for – you know, since the attack, we’ve watched it. And at least I think finally people admit it was obliteration. It’s down there deep. And they haven’t been able to do it. You know, even without a war they haven’t been able to do it. So it’s pretty – it’s pretty – it’s pretty safe. But, you know, we’ll make a determination."

A leaked internal directive from the IRGC’s missile command appears to show that the use of civilian locations to conceal, support and in some cases facilitate missile launch operations is not ad hoc, but structured, documented and built into operational planning.
