Channel 14 says it obtained an exchange among Iranian leaders:
President Pezeshkian: “I want to be involved in the negotiations with the U.S. Without a quick deal, our entire economy will collapse in 3 weeks.”
IRGC chief Vahidi: “That’s exactly why you can’t be involved. You’ll give up everything for a deal.”
After the call ended, the report says the Iranian president told his companions he feels like a ‘hostage’, “I’m unable to resign, I cannot make my own decisions, all I can do is read from a script I’m given”
Channel 14 concludes its report by saying that the IRGC is effectively running the country now.

I've been thinking almost the exact same things. I'm also thinking/hoping part of the spec ops effort is to secure the uranium site(s).

This is Ghalibaf. He's leading the "Death to America" chants in the Islamic Regime Parliament.
This is the most reasonable and sane person President Trump could find within the Islamic regime occupying Iran.
I think we all know how these negotiations are going to go... :)
I am looking forward to the point in time when Mossad are their only leaders left. Then we will get the outcome were are looking for. lol

President of Iran has not run the country
It is / was the Mullahs who created the IRGC and the former ruled until they were decimated. Seems the IRGC has filled this vacuum as the President of Iran has little; if any, sway

Not that you meth heads would understand it but the guy in the video is right, old Bonespurs suffers from The Gambler's Curse.
You go into the casino, win 20 hands in a row and you think you've cracked the code. Then you lose a hand. No worry, double down and recoup the winnings. Except you lose again. You keep doubling down, playing and losing till you've lost all the house money you had won and then you lose . . . your house.
That is what is happening to the U.S. in Iran now.
Considering the war excuse me, the excursion was won on day 1 it is kinda funny how yesterday Iran was able to target and destroy an E-3 Sentry surveillance plane which was parked at an airbase in Saudi Arabia.
