The fact that they have to have a Second Lieutenant ((Possibly a Lieutenant Colonel. Hard to tell by insignia, but still.) as their mouthpiece is quite telling.

Shoulder insignia. Hard to tell by potato quality video on my phone, but can only be Second LT or LT Colonel.

No need for moabs. This is just trenches not crazy heavily fortified bunkers like they have elsewhere.
IF ground operations occur my guess is they will start a two front invasion. One in the Northwest and another in the Southeast coastal areas. Each will progress towards Tehran.
Chaos would soon reign and their resistance would be sporadic and short lived.
Hopefully Saudi Arabia, Kurds and the B???? group in the Southeast and any other Gulf States with enough balls to help out will be the makeup. US will supply air support, intel and some level of help ranging from 0 to 100% depending on what Trump decides.
